For the non-Arabic linguist, this appears to be an unexpurgated window into the thinking of a self-avowed (American) Muslim jihadist.
Downloaded the full video from lauramansfield.com and although it’s a bit tedious at times, it’s clear in it’s statements of unequivocal denunciation of things American: ( here’s a few brief paraphrased samples).
America’s religions - Judaism, Christianity, Polytheism and Atheism - They are incoherent and illogical.
America’s government - Democracy - There can be no separation between religion and state - Allah is the only Legislator and Parliament and Ruler.
America’s culture - it’s hedonistic.
The American Dream - is Death, Debauchery and Doubt.
Inter-faith Dialogue - is a grave error for Muslims.
It’s heavy proselytizing for Islam and the usual condemnation of Bush, the Administration, Israel and various named journalists/columnists/bloggers and a few kudos for the likes of George Galloway, Robert Fisk etal.
Interesting further comments (at approx. 34:00:00) about America and Islam, sounding like a call for participation (albeit unbidden) to Muslims in America.

A note for those who believe, or say they do, that understanding and negotiation would go a long way toward ending this threat.
The entire message didn’t convey to me, that there was a great deal of room for ‘let’s talk’.
They state that Islam means submission and I got the definitive message, that was their bottom line.
